Relative factors analysis of corneal endothelium

角膜的高度透明是实现视觉器官正常生理功能的重要条件,而角膜内皮细胞正常的密度和形态是维持角膜正常厚度和透明性的基本条件,本文就角膜内皮的影响因素包括自身与外部因素进行分析,旨在尽量减少临床上角膜内皮失代偿的发生。

The high degree of corneal transparency is an important condition for realizing normal physiological functions of visual organs. Also corneal endothelial cell density and normal shape are the basic conditions for maintaining normal corneal thickness and transparncy. We analyzed the factors related to corneal endothelium, including inside and outside factors, in order to minimize incidence of corneal endothelium uncompensation in clinical work.
