摘要
光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)作为一种新的能提供高分辨活体组织横截面图像的非损伤性影像学检查技术,具有独特的高分辨率、无损伤性等特点。随着傅立叶域OCT技术的不断成熟发展,三维OCT应运而生,但目前临床多以时域OCT为主,因此我们通过本文着重论述时域OCT的黄斑常见疾病图像特征及应用。
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new imaging examination and less injury for in vivo section image. It has a high resolution and less injury. Following the Fourier domain OCT advanced, the three diamensions of OCT come into being. But in clinic, the main mode is time domain OCT. So we talked about the use of time domain OCT for macular in clinic importantly.
