摘要 目的:通过超声生物显微镜对眼的晶状体悬韧带状态进行检查。方法:对31例(41眼)晶状体悬韧带异常患者进行超声生物显微镜检查并记录晶状体悬韧带损伤情况和范围。结果:悬韧带发生异常的41眼中,晶状体悬韧带异常表现有:晶状体悬韧带的断裂以及悬韧带的延长,其中32眼(78%)晶状体悬韧带发生断裂,9眼(22%)晶状体悬韧带发生延长,5眼(12%)同时存在晶状体悬韧带断裂和延长。晶状体悬韧带异常区域还表现有睫状体变平和晶状体赤道部变圆。结论:超声生物显微镜能对晶状体悬韧带等眼前段结构进行准确观察,对于晶状体手术方式的选择有重要意义。 AIM: To evaluate the role of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) as a method for assessing the state of zonules. METHODS: Thirty-one cases (41 eyes ) were examed using UBM. The degree and extent of the zonular defects were recorded. RESULTS: Of the 41 eyes examined by UBM, zonular defects were identified. Zonular abnormalities include broken zonules and stretched zonules. Thirty-two eyes(78%) had broken zonules, 9 eyes (22%) had stretched zonules and 5 eyes (12%) had both broken and stretched zonules. Increased lenticular sphericity and ciliary body flattening were seen in the area of zonular defects on UBM. CONCLUSION: UBM is an effective method for identifying zonular defects. Diagnosing zonular defects preoperatively is of helpful in surgical planning.
