摘要 对拟投标项目的科学评价,关键在于构建项目选择的评价指标体系。通过对动态联盟项目选择内涵和相关文献的分析,构建了评价的指标体系,考虑指标间的相互影响与制约关系,研究了网络分析法评价的可行性,建立了项目选择评价模型,应用网络分析法确定了模型中各层次指标的权重,并对某动态联盟拟投标的项目进行了系统评价与实证分析。 As to scientific evaluation of the construction projects prepared to bid, the most important point is to construct the evaluation index system for the construction project, and adopt the methods of combining both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis on the meaning of the project selection in virtual enterprise of construction project and reviewing literatures, the evaluation index system is assumed.Considering the constraint relations among indices, the feasibility of carrying out ANP method is investigated.The project selection model for ANP method systematically evaluating is constructed, then it applies ANP to decide the weight of each index in the model.The construction projects prepared to bid in one virtual enterprise of construction project are systematically evaluated, and analytic demonstration is provided.
