摘要
目前国内各机型在确定寿命时,所选取的分散系数主要考虑两部分,一是单机在结构材料与制造质量上的差异;二是单机在飞行载荷历程上的差异。由于单机寿命监控管理方法的引入,使得飞机的载荷历程是确定的。因此按单机寿命监控方法管理的飞机,在选取分散系数时,只需考虑在结构材料和制造质量上的分散。文中通过对单机结构疲劳分散系数的选取方法进行系统论述,并结合实测飞参数据对某系列飞机单机疲劳载荷分散性进行研究,为该系列飞机合理选取分散系数提供依据。
The fatigue scatter factors which were applied in the processes of all types of aircraft life determination in our country took two parts into aceount. The one was the variation in load histories experienced by caeh aircraft in the fleet, the other one was the differences in material behaviors and build qualities between aircraft. With the introduction of the method of the aircraft life management based on the fatigue load monitoring, the load experienee of each aircraft becomes determinate. Therefore only the variation resulting from the material behaviors and build qualities needs taking into consideration in the selection of the scatter factor. After discussing the method of the fatigue scatter factor selection for the individual aircraft, a systematical study on the load scatter of fighter aircraft has been carried out based on real recorder parameters from all aircraft in three fleets, which lay foundation for the selection of the scatter factor for this series of aircraft.
