摘要
提出了变臂比杠杆式精密力源技术及其装置的问题,论述了通过改变和精确控制固定质量砝码沿杠杆臂长方向的位置达到准确施加力值的目的这一力源技术方法,研究了这种力源的误差来源与控制、工作效率、经济成本及结构实现等问题。据此建立了变臂比杠杆式精密力源技术理论基础。
A nice lever amplification force generating technology with changing the lever ratio are presented . It is discussed in detail that how to the precision force could be loaded up and down with controlling accurate position of the jockey-weight on the lever. And some problems are studied, for example, errors and its controlling, frame and work efficiency of the machine, economy cost, etc. Hereby the theoretical part of the lever amplification force generating technology with changing the lever ratio is established.
