摘要 脑损伤是新生儿时期危害严重的疾病之一。随着新生儿急救水平的发展,脑损伤新生儿存活率显著提高,但脑损伤引发的后遗症问题更为普遍,并引起了广大儿科专家的关注。因为围生期大脑处于发育阶段,科学研究难度大,以至于发病机制并不十分清楚,所以,新生儿脑损伤的临床治疗较困难。现就新生儿脑损伤的病因、病理改变、发病机制、临床表现、损伤后修复机制、防治和预后进行分析。
