三氟拉嗪对小鼠神经病理痛的镇痛作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨三氟拉嗪(TFP)治疗小鼠神经病理痛的可行性。方法雄性ICR小鼠40只,随机分为5组(n=8),Shame组为假手术组;SNL组制作L5/L6脊神经结扎神经病理痛(SNL)模型;SNL/TFP0.10组,SNL+TFP0.10mg.kg-1(i.t.);SNL/TFP 0.25组,SNL+TFP 0.25 mg.kg-1(i.t.);SNL/TFP 0.50组,SNL+TFP 0.50 mg.kg-1(i.t.);分别于SNL手术或假手术前、术后5 d、TFP注射后30 min测定小鼠的机械痛阈和热痛阈。结果SNL术后5 d除Sham组外的各组小鼠机械痛阈和热痛阈降低(P<0.05),TFP 0.25 mg.kg-1(i.t.)可升高SNL小鼠的痛阈(P<0.05),TFP 0.50 mg.kg-1(i.t.)可完全抑制SNL小鼠的疼痛行为(P<0.05)。结论TFP可有效治疗小鼠神经病理痛,有可能用于临床疼痛治疗。
