机床热变形误差补偿技术的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 分析了数控机床热变形误差产生的原因,结合SINUMERIK 810D数控系统介绍了热变形误差补偿原理及相关系统参数,采用Pt100型热电阻设计了热变形补偿系统的硬件,同时进行了PLC程序的开发。 The cause of thermal error of CNC machine tools was analyzed, compensation principle and system parameters about thermal error compensation with SINUMERIK 810D CNC system were introduced, the hardware of thermal error compensation system was designed with Pt100 thermal resistance, and the PLC program was designed, too.
