摘要
可靠性分配是可靠性设计中不可缺少的一部分。对于数控机床这种机电一体化的复杂产品,一方面影响系统可靠性的因素很多,而且有一部分不能精确的进行描述,只能通过专家评价;另外一方面就是,系统结构非常复杂,可靠性分配比较困难。因此,传统的可靠性分配方法不能够很好的进行数控机床可靠性分配工作。针对这一问题,提出了数控机床可靠性分配的模糊决策法,对其基本思路和步骤进行了介绍,对可靠性分配公式进行了定义,并结合具体的计算实例进行验证。
Reliability allocation is an indispensable part in reliability design. NC machine is a complex mecha - tronical product. There are many influencing factors of reliability allocation, and a part of them can not be described accurately; it can only be evaluated by the experts. On the other hand, the NC machine structure is very complex; it is difficult to allocate the reliability by the traditional reliability allocation method. Because of this problem, fuzzy decision method is proposed in this paper to allocate the NC machine reliability. The basic idea and steps is introduced, the formula of reliability allocation is defined, and an example is calculated.
