摘要
照明是影响基于图像处理的自动聚焦精度的因素之一。模拟了光照强度对评价函数曲线的影响,在不同的光照方式和照明强度下对机械零件表面进行自动聚焦,分析了实验结果,为自动聚焦中光照的选择提供了参考依据。
Illumination has a great impact to the accuracy of auto - focus based on image process. This paper firstly simulated the effect of the lighting intensity to the curve of the evaluation function, in which auto - focus has been carried to the workpiece surface under different lighting modes and intensities. The experiment results have been analyzed, and the reference to the selection of lighting during auto -focus has been proposed.
