摘要
建立了计算正交车铣等距外型面理论粗糙度的数学模型,并通过试验对数学模型进行了验证。发现在工件匀转速情况下,已加工表面粗糙度大小在圆周方向呈周期性变化。为保证加工后在圆周方向各位置理论粗糙度大小的相对均匀,建立了工件转速随曲率变化的数学模型,并对它进行了仿真。
The mathematic model of calculating the theoretical surface roughness of the equidistant out - profile by orthogonal turn - milling is established, and it is proved by experiments. It is found that changing of the surface roughness is cyclical in the circle direction of the workspace when the rotating speed of the workpiece is uniform. In order to relatively uniform the surface roughness on the circle, the mathematic model changing the rotating speed of the workpiece with the profile curvature is established, and it is simulated.
