基于农户视角的外生性因子对循环农业生产技术效率的影响——来自湖北省的实证研究

The Influence of Exogenous Factors on the Technique Efficiency of Circular Agricultural Production from the Perspective of Farmers——An Empirical Study of Hubei Province

笔者从农户角度出发,以湖北省6个生态农业试点县为研究范围,以农户生产技术效率为研究对象,剖析了涉农企业、农村中介组织和政府等外生性因子对循环农业生产中农户技术效率的影响冲击。研究表明,循环农业发展中政府、农村中介组织和农业企业的行为及其他外部因素对农户生产技术效率具有重要影响;而"政府+协会+农户"、"政府+企业+协会+农户"发展模式对提高循环农业农户技术效率具有十分明显的效果。

Starting from the perspective of farmers, taking the six eco - agricultural demonstration countries of Hubei Province as the research range, the efficiency of farmers＇ production technique as the research objective, the authors analyze the influence of exogenous factors such as farmer-related enterprises, rural agency and the government on the technique efficiency of farmers in circular agricultural production. The research reveals that the behavior of the government, rnral agency agricultural enterprises and other exterior factors have important influence on farmers＇ production technique efficiency. The development modes of ＂government plus association plus farmers＂ and ＂government plus enterprises plus association plus farmers＂ have obvious effect on the improvement of farmers＇ production technique efficiency.
