卡孕栓预防产后出血的探讨(附80例临床分析)

A study of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage by carprost suppsitioria iclinical analysis of 80 cases

目的探讨卡孕栓预防产后出血的效果。方法选择正常足月阴道分娩者８０例，每例于胎头娩出后给药，依给药途径不同分为三组，Ⅰ组为舌下含化卡孕栓１ｍｇ；Ⅱ组为阴道内放置卡孕栓１ｍｇ；Ⅲ组为肌肉注射催产素１０Ｕ。观察第三产程时间及产后２小时内出血量。结果第三产程平均时间分别为６．８分钟（Ⅰ组）、８．３分钟（Ⅱ组）、及１０．８分钟（Ⅲ组），Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组之差别有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；产后２小时内平均出血量三组分别为１６８．７ｍｌ、１５５．０ｍｌ及２４０．７ｍｌ，Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组之比均有极显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论卡孕栓比催产素具有更强的缩宫作用，能预防产后出血。

bjectives To investigate the effect of Carprost suppsitioria on preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases of full-term pregnancy women were divided into three groups:The first group was given lmg Carprost suppsitioria sublingually.the second group was administrated lmg Carprost Suppsitioria by putting the drug into vigina,and the third group was injected 10u oxytocin intramuscularly.The duration of the third stages of labor and hemorrhage volume within two hours after labor were measured.Results They showed that the average durations of the third stage in three groups were 6.8 min.,5.3min and 10.8min.respectively;the first group was shorter than that of the third group (P<0.05),the average hemorrhage volumes were 168.7ml,155.0ml and 240.7ml respectively in three groups and the first groug and the second group were less than that of the third group(P<0.01).Conclusions The effect of constricting uterus of Carprost Suppsitioria was better than that of oxytocin,it was used conveniently in subtongue.
