强直性脊柱炎患者泛素mRNA的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者与正常对照者之间泛素mRNA表达差异。方法应用RT-PCR法测定强直性脊柱炎患者及正常参照者外周血单个核细胞泛素的mRNA水平。结果强直性脊柱炎患者组泛素mRNA的表达明显高于正常对照组。结论泛素表达增高可能是导致AS发生和发展的重要因素之一。
