Pretreatment of cotton and its blended knits

阐述棉及其混纺针织物的四种非烧碱前处理工艺,包括低温生物精练酶前处理、中温生物精练酶前处理、渗透乳化净洗助剂前处理和非烧碱快速氧漂工艺,分析了对各工艺的技术特点及其适宜加工的织物品种。

This paper covers four alkali-free pretreatment technologies of cotton and its blended knits, such as low-temperature bioscouring pretreatment, moderate bio-scouring pretreatment, pretreatment with detergent featuring penetration and emulsion functions, as well as alkali-free shock oxygen bleaching pretreatment. Technological characteristics of these four methods were analyzed, and their applied scope was put forward.
