摘要
从战略管理的视角,深入探讨了企业知识产权战略要素的构成,建立了概念模型(TMR模型),分析了战略的影响要素和产出要素,提出了企业知识产权战略选择模型,期望能对企业知识产权战略制定和管理提供有价值的参考。
From the strategic management perspective, the articles deeply discussed the enterprise intellectual property strategy＇s elements, and built its composition model （TMR model）. The article analyzed the impact elements and output elements of IPRs, and then put forward a new enterprise strategic choice model of intellectual property fights. We hope the article can provide a valuable reference for to the formulation and management of intellectual property fights strategy.
