摘要
在激烈的市场竞争环境中,为了获得更多的研发资源,提高技术创新的速度和质量,企业的技术创新模式已经由自主创新向网络化合作创新转变。基于价值网理论,提出建立以顾客价值为核心、以产业链为主干、以产品创新为目标的纵向合作创新网络,并对网络的特征、运作机理和运行模式等问题进行了探讨。最后以重庆汽车产业为例,对纵向合作创新网络建设的基本思路作了简要的说明。
For getting more inno the innovative models have been innovation in the intensive compe vative resources and improving the speed and the transformed from the independent innovation to tition markets. Based on the theory of the value quality of the innovation, the networking cooperative network, this paper proposes constructing the vertical cooperative innovation network that is taking consumer-value as centre, taking industrial chain as mainline, and taking product innovation as object. And this paper discusses the properties, the operation mechanism, and the network structure of the network. Finally, this paper briefly illustrates the basic thoughts of constructing the vertical cooperative innovation network taking automobile industry in Chongqing as an example.
