A Positive Study on Impact Extent of Informal Network Learning upon Innovation Performance of Cluster Enterprise

人情化的非正式网络学习会渗透到集群企业活动的各个方面,在解决集群企业技术、资金、设备、原料及销售等方面具有重要的作用。在对1184家集群企业问卷调查的基础上,实证研究了非正式网络学习对集群企业创新绩效的影响及其程度,并提出集群企业要建立起学习网络,在网络学习中传播、创造和获得知识,在模仿、尝试、改进与使用中取得创新。

Informal network learning, all kinds of knowledge and information flowing, transmitting, disseminating, colliding, and explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge changing mutually, have important role to technological innovation. Basing on the data analysis of materials collected through 1184 question-and-answer surveys, the paper reveals impact extent of informal network learning upon innovation performance of cluster enterprise.
