摘要
以从事共建实体合作创新的210名知识员工为调研对象,对共建实体模式下企业合作创新中组织学习、协调机制、知识转移效果之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,协调机制在学习能力和学习动机对知识转移效果的影响过程中起着中介作用,其中,协调机制对学习动机的中介作用远远大于学习能力。
This paper examines the relationships among organization learning; coordination mechanism and knowledge transfer effect in co-build mode of enterprises cooperation innovation. The sample of the study has 210 knowledge workers. The study proves that: coordination mechanism has a distinct medium betweenlearning motive; learning ability and knowledge transfer effect. And the medium is more between learning ability and knowledge transfer effect. The results can provide some valuable hints for enterprises and scientific research institutions to improve knowledge transfer effect.
