摘要 知识对接是国防工业科技成果转化中知识管理的关键环节。国防工业科技成果转化知识对接的障碍主要来源于知识对接主体、知识对接距离、对接知识本身、国防工业特殊性四个方面。运用故障树方法,对国防工业科技成果转化知识对接障碍进行了结构重要度、概率重要度与临界重要度分析。 Knowledge relay is the key step of knowledge management in Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Defense Industry (TSTADI). The obstacles of knowledge relay of TSTADI root in the subject organization, the distance, and the knowledge itself and the particularity of Defense Industry. This paper analyzes the configuration weightiness, probability weightiness and critical weightiness of the obstacles above with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), whose conclusion will provide scientific gist for improving the efficiency and effect of TSTADI.
