摘要
服务企业是服务业创新的细胞,对天津港这样的大型基础设施性服务企业的创新方式进行了研究,从天津港典型创新事件入手,分析其功能创新、组织创新和技术创新等三种创新方式的具体表现,并得到一般性结论。
Service-oriented enterprise is the ＂core cell＂ of service industry＇s innovation. Case studies on infrastructure-service enterprise large scale as Tianjin Port（Group） Co., Ltd. are still uncommon in foreign and domestic researching area. This paper enumerates the most representative innovation events Tianjin Port（Group） Co., Ltd. and then analyzes the performance of function innovation, organization innovation, and technology innovation, and draws the conclusions at the end.
