半夏夏枯草合剂抗抑郁作用的药理实验研究

目的研究半夏夏枯草合剂的抗抑郁作用。方法采用小鼠悬尾实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验、利血平诱导小鼠体温下降实验和开场实验研究半夏夏枯草合剂的抗抑郁作用。结果在小鼠悬尾实验中，半夏夏枯草合剂大剂量组能明显缩短模型小鼠的不动时间；在小鼠强迫游泳实验中，半夏夏枯草合剂大剂量组和中剂量组能明显缩短模型小鼠的不动时间；在利血平诱导的体温下降实验中，半夏夏枯草合剂大剂量组和中剂量组能明显抑制小鼠体温的下降；在开场实验中，各剂量组对小鼠的自主活动均无明显影响。结论半夏夏枯草合剂有明显的抗抑郁作用。

Objective To study the antidepressant effect of compound mixture of pinellia tuber and prunella spike （CMPP）. Methods Mice were subjected to tail suspension test, forced swimming test, reserpine - induced hypothermia test, and open field test. Results In the tail suspension test, high dose of CMPP showed significantly shortened immobility time;in the forced swimming test, high dose and medium dose of CMPP could shorten immobility time significantly;in the reserpine -induced hypothermia test, high dose and medium dose of CMPP inhibited the decline of mice＇ temperature. And in the open field test, all medicine had not obvious effect on mice＇ independent activities. Conclusions CMPP has significant antidepressant effect.
