摘要
目的研究静滴亚砷酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)全血砷浓度与红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容及白细胞数的关系,探讨这些因素对药效可能产生的影响。方法应用原子荧光法测定13例APL患者应用亚砷酸治疗后24h、第一周末全血砷浓度,观察RBC、HGB、HCT及WBC对血砷浓度的影响,分析其相关关系。结果13例白血病患者全血砷浓度与HGB、HCT存在显著相关关系,而与WBC数无相关性。结论血砷浓度受红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、血细胞比容的影响;白细胞数与血砷浓度无相关性。
Objective To study the relationship between blood arsenic trioxide (ATO) concentration and RBC count, hemoglobin,hematokrit,and WBC count;and to explore the possible influence of these factors on pharmacodynamics. Methods The whole blood ATO concentrations in 13 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were detected by atom - fluorometry spectra analysis. The effects of the patients' RBC, HGB, HCT on their whole blood ATO concentration were observed. Results The HGB and HCT had influ- ence on the blood ATO concentrations ( r 〉 0. 5, P 〈 0.05 ). The WBC count and ATO concentration were negatively interrelated ( r 〈0.5). Conclusions The RBC count, HGB and HCT have effects on the whole blood ATO concentration. The WBC has no influence on the blood ATO.
