在DSA下介入性栓塞治疗肾错构瘤9例报告

Intervening embolisation in treatment of renal hamartoma (Report of 9 cases)

在数字减影血管造影（DSA）条件下采用Seldinger技术对9例肾错构瘤患者进行超选择性介入治疗，即在明确病变部位供血动脉后，超选择将导管尖端置入靶血管，最后给予无水乙醇及明胶海绵进行介入性栓塞治疗，使错构瘤组织完全灭活坏死。结果疗效良好，无严重并发症发生，仅有患侧肋腹部疼痛、腹胀3～5d。认为在DSA条件下进行超选择性介入治疗，可最大限度地保护正常肾组织，减少肾内靶血管以外正常血管的误栓机率，提高疗效。

Under digital subtraction angiography (DSA) a total of 9 patients with renal hamartotna underwent super-selected intervening radiotherapy by means of seldinger technology,i.e. when the blood-supplying artery in the lesion area was located,the end of the pipe was inserted into the target blood vessel,and finally the intervening embolisation with absolute alcohol and gelatin sponge was performed,causing the tissues of the renal hamartozna totally necrotized. Such a treatment has achieved the expected result without serious sied-effects involved. The patients just feel a slight pain in the side with abdominal distension 3～5 d. It was believed that the super-selected intervening radiotherapy under DSA would achieve a good protection of the normal renal tissues to a great extent,thus reducing the inappropriate rate at random in terms of the abnormal blood vessel of the target blood vessel within the kidney.
