抑癌基因P16在肾脏肿癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of suppressor gene P16 in renal carcinoma

为探讨抑癌基因P16与肾脏肿瘤临床病理及预后的关系，采用免疫组织化学SP法对53例肾癌组织中P16基因进行检测。结果显示，53例肾肿瘤P16基因表达的阳性率为37．73％，其阳性表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期及预后均密切相关，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。提示P16基因在抑制肾脏肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用，是判定肾脏肿瘤恶性程度及预后的客观指标。

Suppressor gene P16 was arrayed by immunohistocheminal S-P method in 53 cases of renal carcinoma. The results showed that the positive rates of P16 were 37. 73% in 53 cases of renal carcinoma. Significant relationship was observed between P16 and the grade, stage and the prognosis of the tumor. Their positive rates were significantly different with different pathological grading, clinical staging and prognosis of the carcinoma (P＜0.05). It was suggested that P16 played an important role in suppressing the genesis and the development of renal carcinoma. P16 might serve as a marker in the evaluation of the malignancy and prognosis of renal carcinoma.
