三聚氰胺-双氰胺甲醛树脂磷酸盐阻燃EVA的研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备了三聚氰胺-双氰胺甲醛共聚树脂磷酸盐(PMDF),并用红外光谱进行了表征。将其应用于阻燃乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),采用氧指数仪和锥形量热仪对阻燃性能进行了测试。结果表明:添加30%的PMDF后,EVA的氧指数为29.8%,达到UL94V—0级;燃烧过程中热量释放和烟释放量明显下降。 Melamine-dicyandiamide-formaldehyde resin phosphate (PMDF) was synthesized and characterized by IR. PMDF was applied to flame retardant ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and the flame retardancy of the copolymer was investigated by limiting oxygen index meter and CONE. The results showed that when adding 30% PMDF, the limiting oxygen index of EVA was 29.8% and reached to UL94 V-0 grade. During the combustion of EVA, the heat release and smoke release were obviously decreased.
