Effects of right hepatic lobectomy on the fight-sided hepatolithiasis

目的了解右肝叶切除治疗右肝内胆管结石的效果。方法回顾性分析3年来对28例右肝内胆管结石行右肝叶切除术的治疗情况。结果行右半肝切除术12例、右后叶切除3例、右前叶切除5例、非规则性右肝叶切除8例,无手术死亡和术后残留结石发生,随访6个月至3年无结石复发。结论肝叶切除治疗右肝内胆管结石是目前较理想的有效的手术方式。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of right hepatic lobectomy on the right-sided hepatolithia- sis.Methods During the past five years we performed right hepatic lobectomy on 28 cases of right-sided hepa- tolithiasis.Results The surgical procedures undertaken included right hemihepatectomy (12 cases),right pos- terior lobectomy(3 cases),right anterior lobectomy (5 cases) and irregular right hepatectomy (8 cases).The complete stone clearance rate was 100%.There was no operative mortality,and no stone recurrence during the follow-up period of 6 to 36 months.Conclusions The right hepatic lobectomy is ideal and effective treatment for right-sided hepatolithiasis.
