B型超声定位和冷光源内照明在小切口胆囊切除术中的应用

Effect of ultrasonic location and cold-light internal illumination in cholecystectomy of miniature incision

目的研究术前超声定位及冷光源内照明在小切口胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法术前 B 型超声定位确定切口,结合术中冷光源内照明行胆囊切除术115例。结果小切口(4～6cm)101例(88%),平均手术时间50分钟,术中无胆管损伤、无胆漏、无术后再出血、无手术死亡病例。住院时间5～7天。结论术前 B 型超声定位和术中冷光源内照明行小切口胆囊切除术,手术损伤小,并发症少,安全实用,术后恢复快,患者易于接受,值得推广他用。

Objective To abate the incision trauma of cholecystectomy by using preoperative ultrasonic scanning and improved intraoperative illumination.Method Cholecystectomy was performed in 115 cases with the help of ul- trasonic location before operation and intraoperative cold-light internal illumination through a miniature incision. Result The surgery was successfully performed with small incision(4～6cm)in 101 out of 115 cases(88%), and the average operative time is 50 min.There was no bile duct injury,no operative death,and nor postopera- tive bleeding.The average postoperative inhospital time is between 5 to 7 days.Conclusion With this novel ap- proach cholecystectomy could be safely and quickly performed with a miniature incision in most patients.
