摘要
党的十七届三中全会进一步明确提出对现行农村集体建设用地管理制度进行改革。依据中央精神正在进行修订的相关法律法规条款以及将陆续出台的相关政策措施,必将对城乡规划编制实施带来大的影响。本文试图对"农地新政"给城乡规划带来的各种影响进行分析,并提出相应对策建议。
The 3rd plenary session of the 17th Congress of Chinese Communist Party requested to further reform the existing administrative policies of rural collective construction land. Based on this request, the relevant laws and regulations are being reviewed and relevant governmental policies are being prepared, which would bring great influences on urban-rural plan making and implementation. This paper analyzes various impacts of new rural land policy on urban-rural planning and puts forward correspondent countermeasures.
