摘要
随着环保和节能要求的日益严格,要求发动机油具有更高的燃油经济性,更为苛刻的硫、磷含量和更低的硫酸盐灰分,对润滑油添加剂的性能也提出了挑战。文章介绍了发动机油中硫酸盐灰分、磷、硫的来源及其在发动机油新规格中的限制指标,探讨了低SAPS清净剂、抗氧抗腐剂等发动机油功能添加剂的研究现状及发展趋势,并提出了今后润滑油添加剂的研究方向。
Owing to increasingly strict requirements of environment protection and energy saving in new engine oil specification, engine oil must meet the requirements of higher fuel economy, lower phosphorus and sulfur content, lower sulfate ash. In this paper, the sources and limitation indexes of SAPS in engine oil are introduced. And the development status and trend of low SAPS detergents and antioxidant ＆ corrosion inhibitors are discussed. At last, the research direction of low SAPS engine oil additives is proposed.
