摘要
合成了１１个化合物，经元素分析、ＩＲ，１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ确证了化学结构．并测定了抗真菌活性．结果表明，对供试的８种真菌均有不同程度的抗真菌活性．其中６ａ，６ｂ。
In this paper,11 thiochromoe derivatives were synthesized.Their chemical structures were determined by elementary analysis,IR and 1HNMR.The results of the intial tests of antifungal activity in vitro showed that all of them have definite activities against the tested fungi.The total antifungal activities of 6a,6b,6c were better than those of others.
