Synthesis of Pimobendan

以３－（４－乙酰胺基苯甲酰基）－丁腈为原料，经水解、环合、酰化、硝化、还原、环合合成了匹莫苯，其中硝化反应改用混酸法，反应总收率２８％．

Pimobendan was prepared from 2(4acetamidobenzoyl)butanonitrile by hydrolysis,cyclization,acetylation,nitration,reduction and cyclization,and the nitration was improved by using mixed acids.The total yield was 28%.
