摘要 用图像仪测定了分别添加Pd、少量Ru、微量Ce的Pt-Pd-Rh合金在900~1200℃退火0.5h的晶粒度。在金相显微镜下观察了上述合金的显微组织,发现在Pt-Pd-Rh合金中Ce添加剂显示了大的晶界偏析和强的抑制晶体长大作用。讨论了Pd、Ru、Ce溶质对Pt-Pd-Rh合金晶粒长大的影响的作用机制。 The grain - sizes of Pt - Pd - Rh alloys annealed at 900 - 1200℃ for 0.5h, in which Pd, small Ru, trace Ce were added respectively, were estimated by a picture image recognition. The microstructure of these alloys was examined by a metallograph. The cerium additive in Pt - Pd - Rh alloys shows the great aggregation in grain boundaries and the strong restraining effect to grain growth. The mechanism of the influence of Pd, Ru, Ce solute on the grain growth of Pt - Pd - Rh alloy was discussed.
