高速光模块调制器偏压控制技术

摘要 文章通过对偏压控制点产生偏移的原理和过程进行分析,提出了解决偏压控制点偏移的方法。通过增加微处理器控制单元(MCU)使得传统模式的偏压控制能够实现控制模式的自动切换,同时,数字化的偏压控制电压能使偏压控制更加精确和稳定。 In this paper, a scheme for removing the shift of bias control points is presented on the basis of analyzing the principle and process of the shift and the automatic switchover of the control mode can be realized for the bias control in the conventional mode by increasing the Multipoint Control Units (MCU). At the same time, the digitalized bias control voltage enables the bias control to he more accurate and stable.
