双包层聚合物光纤放大器的研究

摘要 文章首先论述有吸收的光纤模式场的传输,然后探讨内包层形状为同心圆的泵浦光的吸收问题。为了阐明双包层聚合物光纤放大器的放大机理,文中采用数值分析等方法建立数值模型,分析其放大过程和增益特性,采用平均值法和特定函数法计算泵浦吸收系数,并对各自所得增益特性的结果进行了理论分析,实验数据和结果证明了该方法的可行性。 This paper first discusses the transmission of fiber mode field with absorption and then explores the absorption of the pumped light through a concentric-circle-shaped inner cladding. In order to clarify the amplification mechanism for the double- clad Polymer Optical Fiber Amplifier (POFA), it sets up a numerical model by using the numerical analysis and other methods and analyzes the amplification process and gain characteristics, and calculates the pump absorption coefficient by using the aver- age value and specific function. In addition, it performs the theoretical analysis of the results of the respective acquired gain characteristics. The experimental data and results testify to the feasibility of this method.
