摘要
根据高可靠性LED主要性能要求,分别从防浪涌设计、EMC设计、高频变压器设计、主IC选择等方面提出满足LED高可靠开关电源的解决方案,根据VIPER22A设计LED开关电源的运用线路图,绘制PCB版图,并对关键工艺提出解决办法,最后通过主要参数的测量验证该产品满足要求。
Based on the main driver LED power performance requirements and design from against surge, EMC design, high frequency transformers, IC design, selection of high reliable drive LED switch solutions, according to VIPER22A design the switch power for the LED by the circuit diagram and draw the PCB layout, and the key technology solutions, and finally the main parameters through measuring the products meet the requirements.
