钛网数字化塑形技术在颅骨缺损修补中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较钛网数字化塑形与人工塑形在颅骨修补手术中的临床价值与医疗费用。方法:颅骨缺损患者40例,其中18例采用钛网数字化塑形技术进行颅骨修补,22例采用人工塑形修补;比较两组病例的塑形工作量、手术时间、患者的满意度、手术耗材费用、住院总费用及术后并发症。结果:数字化塑形组平均手术时间(45±5min)与人工塑形组(75±25min)比较均明显缩短,平均术中塑形工作量(0min无需塑形)少于钛网传统人工塑形组(15±5min)(P<0.01);数字化塑形组满意度(100%)优于人工塑形组68.18%(P<0.01);手术耗材费用及住院总费用均低于人工塑形组;数字化塑形组术后未出现并发症。结论:钛网数字化塑形技术修复颅骨缺损效果优于钛网人工塑形技术,医疗费用及术后并发症均明显低于人工塑形技术。 Objective: To compare the clinical value and medical cost of digital shaping with titanium mesh (DSTM) and handwork shaping (HS) in repairing skull defect. Methods: Eighteen patients with skull defect were treated by DSTM, while 22 patients were treated with HS. The following aspects were analyzed and compared: shaping workload, operative duration, satisfaction, cost of operative material, total cost of hospitalization and complications after operation. Results: The average operative duration in DSTM group ((45±5) min) was significantly shorter than that in HS group ((75±25) min). Operative shaping workload in DSTM group (0min) was statistically less than that in HS group ((15±5) min) (P 〈0.01). Patients were more satisfied with digital shaping of titanium mesh (100% ) compared to handwork shaping group (68.18%) (P〈0.01). The cost of operative materials and hospitalization in DSTM group was markedly less than that in HS group. Conclusion: Digital shaping with titanium mesh is superior to handwork shaping in repairing skull defect in that it has better clinical effects, lower hospitalization cost and postoperative complications.
