摘要 针对急症救护的突发性和不确定性,为提高国内院外或入院前急救和早期心肺脑复苏水平,急需一台随救护车或随身携带的微型急救呼吸机。该呼吸机应具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便、无需电源、安装迅速、操作简便、通气效果确切、配有简易安全装置等特征。我们将气动逻辑元件原理和气路集成化思想应用到了微型急救呼吸机的设计和研制中,经过多年的探索,终于成功地研制出了能满足以上各种要求的微型急救呼吸机。经全麻期间50例手术患者的通气支持证实,该机通气效果明显、机械性能稳定,无一例发生低氧血症、高CO2血症、低血压和心律失常等并发症。 To improve the work of emergency care and early cardio pulmonary brin resuscitation in our county, which is characteristic of abruptness and contingency, a new type of ventilator is highly required. It is hoped that such a ventilafor has a simple safe valve and does not need electric current from the mains. Also, the ventilator should be small in size, light in weight, simple in operation, easy to carry, swift to assembly, and reliable in ventilation. With the principle of pneumatic logic elements and the design of the integration of pneumatic circuits, we have successfully developed the Emergency Micro ventilator, which accords with the above requirements. It has been confirmed that the ventilator is very effectual and reliable in ventilation support for the patients(n=55) under general anesthesia without any case of hypoxemia,hypercapnia, hypotension, arrhythmia and so on, and the mechanical performances are stable.
