摘要
建立一种测定对氨基苯甲酸的反相高效液相色谱分析法。结果:以间羟基苯甲酸(MHBA)为内标得到的最佳分离操作参数为:流率(F)=1.5ml/min,流动相=磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=2.2)∶改性甲醇=90∶10,柱温(T)=55±2℃。该方法快速、灵敏、简便。
In order to study the synthesis of paraaminobenzoic acid (PABA) by S.mutans and the role of PABA in the interaction between S.mutans and S.sanguis, a reversedphase highperformance liquid chromatography (RPHPLC) for analysis of PABA was developed. The results showed that the optimal chromatographic parameters were flow rate of 1.5ml/min, T=55±2℃, methanol/phosphate buffer of 10/90(by vol) (pH 2.2 0.1mol/L), mhydroxybenzoic acid as an internal standard .The method is simple, rapid accurate and useful.
