Improving the Income Distribution and Constructing Harmonious Socialist Society

以和谐社会理念为基础,认真分析了我国收入分配制度的变迁及其现状,指出目前我国收入分配领域存在城乡收入差距、区域间收入差距、高收入阶层和寻租行为带来的收入差距等问题。提出了统筹城乡发展,促进区域平衡;加快经济体制改革;合理调整经济结构,扩大就业;加大社会保障力度四项完善收入分配方式的建议。

On the basis of harmonious society concept, the changes and present condition of income distribution system in China are analyzed. Some existing problems in the field of income distribution in China such as income gap between city and country, income gap among different zones and gaps from high income level and the behaviors of renting arc pointed out. Some suggestions on improving income distribution system are put forward： man powering the development between city and country and speeding the zone balance; accelerating the economy sys tern reform; adjusting economy structure and enlarging employment; enhancing social security.
