The Development Condition and Strategies of the Tertiary Industry in Liaoning Province

对辽宁省第三产业发展的历史进行回顾,对第三产业和其他产业之间的关系以及第三产业的内部结构进行分析,得出辽宁省在第三产业的发展过程中应该以第一、第二产业的发展为依托和基本前提,同时注重第三产业内部结构的合理性,防止盲目的产业扩张,实现第三产业的平稳健康发展。

In accordance with the general law of the evolution of industrial structure and with the development of economy, the proportion of tertiary industry in the national economy is growing higher and higher. The development history, of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province is reviewed and the relationship between the tertiary industry and other industries as well as inlernal structure of the tertiary industry are analyzed. It is concluded that the sustainable development of the tertiary industry should be developed on the basis of the development of the primary and secondary industries in the process of the development of the tertiary industry, paying attention to the reasonableness of internal structure and preventing blindfold development.
