摘要
将羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层钛种植体植入狗下颌骨,用150g正畸力单独牵拉下颌第二磨牙,动态考察牙齿在受力后3个月内的移动情况,并分析引起磨牙向近中移动的原因。结果表明:第二磨牙随时间增加向近中移动,第1,2,3个月位移的平均值分别为1.04mm,1.68mm,1.76mm;第二磨牙向近中移动的主要原因是种植支抗的牵拉作用。说明该类种植体在正畸治疗中。
HAcoated titanium implants were placed surgically into dog mandible to protract the mandibular second molars with an orthodontic force of 150 g.During the force application period of 3 months,the movement of the molars was tested periodically and relevant reasons of movement were analysed.The results showed that the mesial moving distances of the second molar were respectively 1.04 mm,1.68 mm and 1.76mm at the first, second and third month, and the main reason of tooth mobility was ascribed to the implant anchorage. It can be concluded tiat HAcoated titanium implant can be used as anchorage for moving and fixing posterior teeth in the orthodontic treatment.
