延肾1号冲剂对长期血液透析患者肾性贫血的影响

Effect of Yanshen Instant Herbal Granules No.1 on Renal Anemia in Patients Undergoing Chronic Hemodialysis

目的探讨延肾1号冲剂对长期血液透析患者肾性贫血的影响。方法选取在我院确诊并开始血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者64例,按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。治疗组给予促红细胞生成素治疗的同时加用延肾1号冲剂冲服,对照组仅给予促红细胞生成素治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后残余肾功能(RRF)的变化,并检测血红蛋白、血细胞比容和清蛋白的变化。结果治疗前两组患者的24 h尿量、RRF、血红蛋白、血细胞比容和清蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组的24 h尿量、RRF、血红蛋白、血细胞比容和清蛋白的检测结果与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延肾1号冲剂既能保护和改善残余肾功能,又能明显纠正长期血液透析患者的贫血状态。

Objective To observe the effects of Yanshen Instant Herbal Granules No. 1 on renal anemia in patients undergoing chroninic hemodialysis. Methods Sixty - four chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital were divided randomly into therapy group （ n = 32 ） and control group （ n = 32 ）. Control group were treated with only erythropoie- sis stimulating factor, therapy group with additional Yanshen Instant Herbal Granules No. 1 besides. Changes of residual renal function （RRF） hemoglobin （Hb）, hematocrit （HCT）, albumin （ALB） were determined before and following treatment. Results There was no significant difference in urine volume, RRF, Hb, HCT and ALB between 2 groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there was after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Yanshen Instant Herbal Granules No. 1 can not only pro- tect and improve RRF, but correct obviously anemia status in patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis.
