2003-2005年上海市郊区社区卫生服务中心收支状况分析

Analysis of Income and Expense of Shanghai Suburban Community Health Service Centers from 2003 to 2005

目的了解上海市郊区社区卫生服务中心2003—2005年财务收支状况。方法以整群抽样调查方法收集上海市三郊区的所有社区卫生服务中心3年的收支状况资料。结果2003—2005年三郊区的社区卫生服务中心的年均总收入、年均总支出、年均药品收入、年均财政补助都呈逐年递增趋势,年均递增速度依次为23.42%、20.84%、29.41%、39.22%。结论上海市郊区社区卫生服务中心总体财务状况良好,但要其真正履行社区卫生服务的功能并健康持续地发展,仍需政府的大力支持。

Objective The aim of this study was to have a view of the income and expenses of community health service centers （CHSC） in Shanghai suburb from 2003 to 2005. Methods A cluster sampling survey was conducted to investigate the data of Shanghai Suburban CHSC. Results In 2003 ～ 2005, the average annual gross income, the average annual gross expense, the average annual medicament income and the average financial subsidies income showed a tendency to increase. The average annual progressive increases were 23.42%, 20. 84% , 29.41% , 39.22%, respectively. Conclusion The overall financial condition of Shanghai Suburban CHSCs is good, but they still need the government to support strongly when carrying out CHSC functions and continues to develop soundly.
