彩色多普勒超声评价慢性青光眼术后视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的变化 被引量:1

摘要 为评价抗青光眼手术对视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:对青光眼26只手术前后(1周内)和正常眼40只进行彩色多普勒成像(CDI)检查,比较各组的收缩期峰值速度(PSV)、舒张末期速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)。结果:青光眼术后视网膜中央动脉PSV和EDV较术前明显加快,RI明显降低,P<0.05;但与正常眼比较,PSV和EDV仍明显慢,RI亦大,P<0.05。结论:抗青光眼手术治疗降低眼内压,可使视网膜中央动脉血流异常部分恢复。
