摘要
介绍了机械密封的工作原理、结构特点,着重分析生产中泵机械密封常出现的泄漏、损坏故障,对运行过程中泵机械密封的安装、维护检修等方面的问题进行了探讨,对提高泵机械密封的维护检修水平有一定参考作用。
The mechanism and structural features of mechanical seal was introduced in this article. The troubles commonly occurred in mechanical seal, such as leakage and damage, were emphatically analyzed. The installation of the mechanical seal for pump and the maintenance in operation were discussed. What presented herein is aimed at enhancing the maintenance and repair of pump used mechanical seal.
