摘要
针对催化分馏塔塔顶循环回流线短时间减薄的特殊情况,从腐蚀学原理出发,对回流线所处工况及腐蚀产物进行了分析,指出顶循线腐蚀主要是由HCL-H2S-H2O引起的,并提出了一些有效措施。
With respect to the specific condition that the thickness of cyclic feedback pipeline on the top of catalyzing distillation tower was getting thin in short time, the working condition of the feedback pipeline and corrosion products were analyzed from corrosion principle. It was pointed out that the corrosion of the cyclic pipeline on the top was induced from HCL-H2S-H2O, and meanwhile, some protective measures were proposed.
