摘要
采用宏观检查、扫描电镜、X射线能谱、金相分析及化学分析等方法,对金属波纹膨胀节开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明应力腐蚀是造成金属波纹膨胀节开裂失效的根本原因,并据此提出了改进建议。
By using visual examination, scanning electronic microscope, X - ray energy spectrum and metallurgy and chemical analysis, the cause of crack occurred in bellow expansion joint was analyzed. It has been shown that stress corrosion is the primary cause for inducing the crack occurred in expansion joint. Then, some improvements were proposed.
