摘要
目的为减少儿童人工晶体后发障的发生。方法采用CCC和PCCC双撕囊为10例儿童白内障植人人工晶体,随访1年以上,观察其疗效。结果10例中8例裸眼视力在0.5以上,9例视轴区无后发障。结论CCC和PCCC双撕囊将10L挟持在后囊口之下,确保视轴区(5×5mm)无晶状体上皮细胞增殖、化生、移行的界面,而有效的防止后发障发生。方法简便,疗效可靠。
Objectiue Our study is to reduce the incidence of secondary cataract in children's intraocular lens(IOL). Methods We performanced implantation of IOL for 10 cases of cataract by continuous curvilinear capsulorheis (CCC) way and poste rior continuous curvilinear capsulorheis (PCCC) way and observed the results by fellowing up for more than one year. Results: Secondary cataract did not appear in 9 of the 10 cases,and 8 of them had vision of 0. 5 or better. Conclusion IOL could be clasped under the posterior capsule by CCC and PCCC. In this way,no proliferation and immigration of lens epithelial cells would occur in the centeral area (5 mm X 5 mm), so that secondary cataract could be avoided. The method is simple and practi cal.
